환불 규정

시행일: 2026년 11월 1일

전액 환불해 드립니다

• 결제 후 24시간이 지나도 리포트가 도착하지 않은 경우
• 파일이 열리지 않거나 내용이 깨진 경우
• 주문한 메뉴와 다른 리포트를 받은 경우
• 같은 주문이 이중 결제된 경우

재발송으로 해결되지 않으면 원래 결제 수단으로 환불합니다.

정상 발송된 리포트

리포트는 결제 후 고객 정보로 바로 만드는 디지털 상품입니다. 정상 발송된 뒤에는 단순 변심에 따른 환불이 원칙적으로 어렵습니다. 다만 관련 법이 보장하는 소비자 권리는 그대로 적용됩니다.

신청 방법

contact@zenflow.company 로 PayPal 주문번호 또는 상품확인번호를 보내 주세요.

Refund policy

Effective November 1, 2026.

We refund in full if your report has not arrived 24 hours after payment, the file will not open or is corrupted, you received the wrong report, or you were charged twice, when resending does not solve it.

Reports are made to order from your details, so a report delivered correctly is generally not refundable for a change of mind. Any consumer rights under the law that applies to you remain unaffected.
